Back To Natural's Cancellation /Late and No S] Agreement
- For appointments less than or equal to', hr. require 24 hr notice of rescheduling
- For appointments ranging from 1'h to 4hrs require a 413-hour notice of rescheduling
- For appointments ranging from >4hrs to 61 require a 72 hour or 3day notice of reschedi
- For appointments ranging from 8hrs to 101 require a 96 hour or 4 day notice of reached
- For appointments ranging from 12hrs to 14 require a 128 hour or 5 day notice of resche
- For appointments ranging from 16hrs to 24 require a 192 hour or 8 day notice of resche
Cancellation fees will be assessed with respect to ono made after the allotted cancellation period. On our per
do our best to call and confirm your appointment before the cancellation period sometimes however it has been our experience the client cannot be reached for whatever reason. Often we will call clients as a courtesy to remind them of their appointment but regardless of whether or not you receive our call ultimately it is your sole responsibility to honor your appointment.
Cancellation fees
For a first time cancellation made after the allotted cancellation period you will charged ½ the price of your appointment
After the first time if you do cancel after the allotted time you will be charged the full price of the appointment. No exceptions
Once you have sat in the chair your appointment begins. If for some reason you have to leave midway through your appointment you will still be liable for the full price of the appointment. You may reschedule only after you pay your cancellation fee. No exceptions
If we book an appointment for a child and that child cannot sit still after the first 10 minutes the appointment will be cancelled and you as the parent will be the responsible for the full price of the appointment. No exceptions
At Back To Naturel we do not have facilities to accommodate children, please make whatever arrangements you deem necessary prior to your arrival. If you do show up at the appointment with your children please be aware that we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and hold you liable for the full amount of your appointment.
Late fees
For services that range between 1 ½ and 4 hrs
We reserve the rights to assess late fees at $1/min up to the first 15 minutes. For people getting lock maintenance there will be a 15 minutes cutoff point whereby you will be considered a no show.
If you do happen to show up after that point you will be required to pay for that slot before you can book another slot. If we can take you we will but please realize that the late fee will be tacked onto your appointment and if there is still work to be done at the end of your allotted time your hair will be finished by the shop assistant.
For services that require more than 4hrs
- We reserve the right to assess late fees at $ 1/min up to the first 30 minutes. Thirty mins, will be the cutoff point. After 30mins see part (B) above.
Addendum
- clients need to have a full amount on completion of their appointment or we reserve the right to ask for a pre-payment on your next appointment.
- For clients who are habitually late or no shows. We reserve the right to have you pre-pay your appointment before you can be put in a specific slot.
Last Minute Changes
Due to the way we book our appointments it can be hard , if not impossible to accommodate last minute changes.To keep you and our other clients happy we request that all changes to your appointment be made no later than 48 hours before your appointed time in order to eliminate infringement upon the time of others, Last minute changes can include but are not limited to a) not shampooing hair prior to arrival b)not cleansing scalp before lock maintenance c)not removing or improper removal of former style d)requesting an auxiliary service only to cancel request upon arrival at appointment e)changing the type of braids, size, length ect. Removing more braids for maintenance than that which was previously agreed to, We mention these changes only so you can be aware of the effect of your actions and be empowered to make good choices. In doing so we hope to be able to serve you better and improve inter-client relations.
The Conseonestice of Last Minute Mantes
For clients whc; insist on making last minute changes.
1)In situations where completing the request will cause us to infringe on another's time( e.g. a last minute shampoo for lock maintenance ) and where the outcome of the main service will be seriously affected (e.g. dirty braids,locks ect). We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge you the full amount.
2) In situations where a prior request was changed upon arrival to appointment and will cause that block of time to go unused. We reserve the right to charge you the full previously agreed to price for your appointment.
